Identity checks return in real time, employment and education typically within two days, and criminal or court records in three to five business days depending on the jurisdiction. We agree an SLA per check type before you go live and report against it every month.
Every check begins with explicit, purpose-limited candidate consent captured and timestamped in the platform. We align to the DPDP Act 2023 on notice, retention and grievance handling, and our processes map to ISO 27001 controls. Candidates can request a copy of their own report and raise a dispute directly with our review team.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Indian data residency is available on request. Default retention is 180 days after case closure, and you can configure a shorter or longer window contractually. Deletion is permanent and logged.
